This guide explains how to sell extra tickets for an event (within the framework of the ticketing system Infomaniak).

Preamble

• This allows you to create a block of seats in addition to the maximum number of seats.
• This can be particularly useful to easily sell new tickets from the box office a few minutes before the show starts, if not all spectators with reservations have shown up.

Add seats to an event

To do this:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the ticketing related to the event.
3. Click on Scheduling in the left sidebar.
4. Click on Events in the left sidebar.
5. Click on the Pricing tab.
6. Enable the option Manage seat quantities by zone.
7. Click the Add a zone button, choose a seat quota and add the prices:
   
8. From the Visibility field, select the icon ‍ to the right of the newly created zone to hide the sales zone from the public.
9. Sell the tickets from the box office in the reserved area.
