DNS zone verification

To restore the functionality of your redirection, you must first remove traces of a misconfigured old redirection:

1. Access your DNS zone.
2. Delete the relevant records (see the list below) that correspond to your redirection.
3. Click on the icon ⋮ to the right of the DNS entry and select Delete:
   
   • You will probably not find all the records listed, this is perfectly normal.
   • Any addition/modification can take up to 48 hours to propagate.
4. Recreate the web redirection.

DNS records can be of type:

• A and point to xx.xx.xx.xx (only numbers)
• AAAA and point to an IP xxxx:xxxx:x:x::x (numbers and letters)
• TXT whose string resembles “(number)|(URL)”
  • for example 1|infomaniak.com if your redirection points to infomaniak.com
• TXT whose string resembles “(letter)|(text)”
  • for example t|Text, d|Text or k|Text
