This guide explains how to cancel the URL customization product from your Infomaniak Manager.

Preamble

• You will no longer be able to access the tools from your domain name, do not forget to communicate the default addresses to your users (ksuite.infomaniak.com, ksuite.infomaniak.com/mail, etc.).
• Open and out-of-package fees remain due.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.

Procedure for canceling the custom URL

To access the cancellation of the Custom Brand offer:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Scroll down to the Custom Brand service and click on Cancel (you can also simply temporarily deactivate it):
