This guide explains how to completely cancel a Video Streaming offer.

Preamble

• Open and out-of-package fees remain due.
• For most products, confirm the cancellation request by email otherwise no data will be deleted.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• All of your streams will be irrevocably deleted upon cancellation, making any restoration impossible so think about modifying only one stream if that is your need.

Cancel the Video Streaming offer

To access the Video Streaming service:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ as in the image below.
3. Choose Cancel:
   
4. Follow the procedure to the end.
