Cancel my kSuite / my kSuite+

This guide explains how to completely cancel my kSuite and my kSuite+.
You will keep your Infomaniak account but the mail and kDrive data will be permanently lost.
Cancel my kSuite / my kSuite+ offer
To access the cancellation of the offer:
- Click here to access the Infomaniak Manager.
- Click on the chevron to the right of Manage.
- Choose Cancel my kSuite:
- Follow the procedure to the end.
