Resolve a configuration problem with Thunderbird (e-mail, contacts & calendars)
You can no longer receive or send emails? You are encountering synchronization errors with your contacts & calendars? Follow the instructions in this guide to delete the problematic accounts and reconfigure them correctly.

Delete the email address
To do this:
- Open Thunderbird.
- Right-click on the email address to be deleted and select Settings.
- Go to Account Management.
- Select Delete account and click Delete
- Refer to this other guide to correctly re-configure the email address
Delete contacts (in CardBook)
Now everything is integrated into Thunderbird, but if you still have an older version (which you must absolutely update):
- Open Thunderbird.
- From CardBook select the contact profile to delete.
- Click on the menu button with three horizontal lines β° at the top left of the interface, then on Address Book and on Delete Address Book.
- Confirm by clicking on OK.

Delete the calendar / agenda (in Lightning)
Everything is now integrated into Thunderbird, but if you still have an older version (which you must absolutely update):
- Open Thunderbird.
- From Lightning select the calendar profile to delete.
- Right-click on the calendar and select Unsubscribe from calendar.
- Confirm by clicking on OK.
