Delete an account in Outlook
Warning: only follow these instructions if the account is configured in IMAP.
- Open Outlook.
- Click on File from the ribbon.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select the email address to delete and click Delete.
- Refer to this other guide to correctly reconfigure the email address.
Delete contacts & calendars (CalDav Synchronizer)
- Open Outlook
- Click on CalDav Synchronizer from the ribbon.
- Go to Synchronization Profiles
- Select the profile to remove and click the red cross Delete.
- Refer to this other guide to correctly reconfigure the synchronization.
If a problem persists...
It is not necessary to contact Infomaniak Support if your email address works well outside the application. The most common error concerns the use of an incorrect password.
If your Outlook no longer works since a change of email password, refer to this other guide otherwise follow the solutions given in this other guide regarding email in general.
