Support for delivery/read receipts
Delivery/read receipts are available and must be requested ahead, when sending your email via your messaging software or from Infomaniak's WorkSpace.
WorkSpace: requesting a delivery receipt
- open WorkSpace (workspace.infomaniak.com)
- click on the grey envelope icon at the top right
- select Settings
- in the menu on the left hand side, click on Emailing (direct line)
- tick or untick the box "Request a delivery receipt for each message sent" depending on your needs
- click on Save below
Please note that you can also do this on a case-by-case basis while drafting your emails by clicking on Advanced options.
