Fix SPF error when sending an email
This guide helps you solve a problem sending emails when your email is managed by Infomaniak but your website is with another provider (such as Wix for example). Also, you are likely to receive error mails that mention SPF when writing to gmail or similar addresses.
Indeed since November 2022, Google has tightened security requirements for senders who send or respond to Gmail addresses.
Check Setup
The Global Security tool (click here) implemented a few years ago informs you of any inconsistency in the configuration of your Service Mail.
The DNS Diagnostic tool (click here) can also detect any inconsistencies in the DNS zone of your domain name, but it only analyzes it when it is with Infomaniak (i.e. say when your domain name points to the Infomaniak DNS servers).
