This guide explains how to cancel a paid SSL certificate. If your certificate is of type Let's Encrypt (free) refer to this other guide.

Preamble

• For most products, **confirm** the cancellation request by email, otherwise no data will be deleted.
• The fees incurred and out of package remain due.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.

SSL Cancellation Procedure

To access the cancellation of the offer:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right of the relevant item.
3. Select Cancel:
