This guide explains how to completely terminate your Jelastic Cloud subscription.

Introduction

• For most products, confirm the cancellation request by email; otherwise, no data will be deleted.
• Any charges incurred and not included in your plan remain due.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• Backups will be irrevocably deleted upon cancellation, making any restoration impossible.

Cancel Jelastic Cloud

To access the cancellation process:

1. Click here to access your product management interface in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ as shown in the image below.
3. Choose Cancel:
