Find Swiss Backup / Acronis access
After adding a device to be backed up with Swiss Backup - Acronis, the designated user automatically receives the necessary login information by e-mail .
This guide allows you to find or reset this information from your Manager. These are required to access your Acronis dashboard.
Find a device's connection information
- open Swiss Backup from the Infomaniak Manager from the Infomaniak Manager
- click on the service concerned
- click on Generate a new password
- use the information under Getting Started and Connection Information to set up your backup
- you can send the access reset email for your device in the same place
The password is sent by e-mail or generated in a new window of your browser if your connection address to the Manager corresponds to the e-mail address of the Acronis administrator.
