Troubleshooting a 502 Error on Jelastic Cloud

This guide provides recommendations to follow in case of a 502 error with Infomaniak's Jelastic Cloud.

 

In case of a problem

Check these points:

  1. Check the URL entered in the address bar of your web browser.
  2. From your Jelastic console, click on the environment in question and then on the "Open in browser" icon:
  3. Make sure the environment is not stopped or paused.

If the problem persists:

  • Check that the SSL certificate is active.
  • Check that the application is functioning correctly.

If these recommendations do not resolve the problem, contact Infomaniak support.
