This guide explains how to create an Infomaniak account, which is your user account (customer account) that allows you to use Infomaniak services such as the Mail app or kDrive, order additional services, and be linked to one or more Organizations to collaborate effectively within the Infomaniak ecosystem.

Create a new Infomaniak account

To be able to order and manage Infomaniak products (including in cases where a user wishes to transfer existing products to you) within one or more Organizations, it is necessary to create a first Infomaniak account with a brand new login ID:

• Fill in the required information and complete the registration.
