Manage Jelastic Cloud users
This guide concerns user collaboration on Jelastic Cloud environments which is not offered directly in the current Jelastic infrastructure.
Give access to other users
The solutions offered so that other users can access your Jelastic environment depend on the type of access desired:
You want to share access to the Jelastic dashboard (it should be noted that the user to whom these rights are assigned will have access to all the environments present on the Jelastic Cloud dashboard).
For this operation, he must be assigned rights to the product directly when creating the user . Employee rights are sufficient.
You want to share the rights on a single environment, however this action is not possible as the collaboration is disabled for security reasons.
You can transfer an environment to the desired person, provided that the latter has a Jelastic Cloud in the same billing group (EUR or CHF billing for example). To perform this action, you must change the owner of the environment (action possible from the Jelastic dashboard directly and in the environment configuration tab).
