This guide explains how to completely cancel a Service Mail, that is to say all email addresses responding to a domain name (for example, the email addresses contact@domain.xyz, info@domain.xyz, anna@domain.xyz, etc. will all be deleted and not the domain name domain.xyz which will continue to exist).

Preamble

• For most products, confirm the cancellation request by email otherwise no data will be deleted.
• To delete only one email address and not the entire product, refer to this other guide.
• To keep the email addresses working with a different domain name, refer to this other guide.
• Fees incurred and out of package remain due.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• Backups will be irrevocably deleted upon cancellation, making any restoration impossible.

Cancel the Service Mail offer

To access the cancellation of the offer:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right of the item concerned.
3. Choose Cancel:
