This guide explains how to completely cancel a Mail Service, i.e., all email addresses associated with a domain name (for example, the email addresses contact@domain.xyz, info@domain.xyz, anna@domain.xyz, etc., will all be deleted, but the domain name domain.xyz will continue to exist).

Introduction

• For most products, confirm the cancellation request by email; otherwise, no data will be deleted.
• To delete only one email address and not the entire product, please refer to this other guide.
• To keep your email addresses active by using them with a different domain name, please refer to this other guide.
• Any charges incurred outside of your plan or exceeding your plan's limits will still apply.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• Backups will be permanently deleted upon cancellation, making any restoration impossible.

Cancel the Mail Service offer

To access the cancellation process:

1. Click here to access your product management in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right of the item in question.
3. Choose Cancel:
