This guide explains how to completely cancel an Infomaniak Web Hosting plan and all the websites it contains.

Introduction

• For most products, confirm the cancellation request by email; otherwise, no data will be deleted.
• Any charges incurred and not included in your plan remain due.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• Backups will be irrevocably deleted upon cancellation, making any restoration impossible.
• You can also delete only one website from the hosting (❓: help) and not the entire service.

Cancel the Web Hosting offer

To access the offer cancellation process:

1. Click here to access the hosting & website management section in your Infomaniak Manager (❓: help).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the relevant hosting.
3. Choose Cancel:
   
4. Follow the procedure to the end.

If the hosting is empty

1. Click here to access the hosting & website management section in your Infomaniak Manager (❓: help).
2. Click on the name of the relevant hosting account:

If the hosting is located on a Cloud Server
