Display the transfer code of a domain managed by Infomaniak

This guide explains how to obtain the transfer code (Authcode) for a domain managed by Infomaniak.

You will need this authorization code to transfer the management of a domain to another registrar.

Obtaining the Transfer Code for a Domain

1. Open the Manager (manager.infomaniak.com)
2. Go to Domain
3. Click on the relevant domain name, which will take you to its Dashboard
4. Click on the Manage button and then Transfer to another registrar
   
   
5. If available, click on the Unlock this domain button (required to transfer a domain to another registrar)
6. Click on the Send code button

Important: the transfer code is sent to the email address of the owner listed in the domain's Whois information. Learn more

Specifics of Some Extensions

• .de domains (trustee)
• .be and .lu domains
  

What's Next?

Once you have provided the code to the third-party provider, and the outgoing transfer has started, we no longer intervene. Inquire about the transfer time during which the domain name will still be visible in your Infomaniak interface. We do not perform any operations to expedite the outgoing transfer.
