This guide explains how to check your emails using the Infomaniak Mail mobile app (application for iOS/Android smartphones or tablets) designed by Infomaniak.

From your iOS or Android mobile device, download the Infomaniak Mail app here:

Other versions and apps can be downloaded from the unified kSuite settings.

On your computer, you can configure your email address with third-party software or use the Mail Infomaniak web app (online service ksuite.infomaniak.com/mail).

Getting started with the app

• Add an additional email address to Infomaniak Mail
• Modify Infomaniak Mail settings
• Configure Infomaniak Mail notifications

Some features of the Mail Infomaniak web app (online service ksuite.infomaniak.com/mail) are also available on the mobile version:

• Schedule the sending of an email
• Display followed/favorite emails
  etc.

Limitations of the Infomaniak Mail mobile app

• Only intended for email hosted by Infomaniak.
• Minimum iOS version required and supported: v16.4
• No push notifications are available with the version available on F-Droid.
