Manage ACPM certification

Prerequisites

• The organization hosting the streaming service must be established with an address in France.
• To activate ACPM certification, please contact this service by email:equipe-ojdnumerique@acpm.fr.
• Once the agreement has been established with them, contact Infomaniak support providing the details of your ACPM and Infomaniak contract.

To manage the activation or deactivation of the service:

1. Click here to access the management interface for your product in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the product in question.
3. Click on the name of the audio stream in question.
4. Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.
5. Enable or disable log export to ACPM using the toggle switch:
