This guide explains how to retry transferring a domain name to Infomaniak in case of failure.

Manually retry a domain transfer

If a domain transfer fails, you will receive an email with the possible reason for the problem.

The message also contains a link to retry the transfer request without paying the transfer fees again.

In case of a problem:

1. Click here to access your domain management in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the domain in question.
3. Carefully follow the instructions displayed in red at the top of the page.
