This guide explains how to link your Wix site to the Mail Service managed by Infomaniak.

Introduction

• In order for email to function correctly and for email traffic to be routed properly, you must choose Infomaniak from the list of providers in your Wix customer account (❓: help).
• Confirm and wait a few hours for the change to take effect; any DNS addition/modification may take up to 48 hours to propagate (❓: help).

2. Paste the Infomaniak SPF record using a TXT record

  • hostname: leave blank
  • value (copy and paste the entire string): v=spf1 include:spf.infomaniak.ch -all
  • TTL: leave the current setting
