This guide explains how to obtain and configure notifications in case of an incident or exceeding the consumption limit for VOD/AOD.

Email alerts

To configure notifications:

1. Click here to access the management interface for your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the product in question.
3. Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.
4. Click on Notifications in the left-hand menu.
5. Add the users in the Organization who should be notified by email.
6. Configure the monitoring schedule (days of the week / times).
