This guide explains how to completely cancel a kDrive account.

Introduction

• For most products, confirm the cancellation request by email; otherwise, no data will be deleted.
• Any charges incurred and exceeding the included allowance will still be due.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• Backups will be irrevocably deleted upon cancellation, making any restoration impossible.

Cancel your kDrive subscription

To cancel your subscription:

1. Click here to access your product management interface in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right of the item in question.
3. Choose Cancel:

If the kDrive exists within a kSuite, you will need to cancel the kSuite (you will be redirected to it if you follow the path indicated above):
