Ticketing: manage automatic emails

This guide explains how to set up automatic email sending to visitors who have ordered a ticket (as part of the Infomaniak ticketing system).

 

Preamble

  • The feature must be activated in advance by the Infomaniak teams.
  • This allows you to send a reminder email to your customers 2 days or more before the event with the ticket information, the address and the time of the event.

 

Activate and preview the automatic email

Prerequisites

  • You will need to create an event to access the mobile ticket visual options.
  • The image at the top of the email will take the logo of your ticketing system to be configured in Settings and Ticketing Settings.

Then:

  1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
  2. Click directly on the name assigned to the ticketing system concerned by the event.
  3. Click on Marketing Tools in the left sidebar.
  4. Click on Automatic Emails in the left sidebar.
  5. Click the button to Create an automatic email:
  6. Configure the cases in which to send your automatic messages (several configuration pages).

 

You can also edit, preview, activate/deactivate or remove a message already written, even if it is not active at the moment. Click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right of the concerned element:
