This guide concerns Site Creator. The tool is free with a Web hosting or comes in different packages when ordered separately.

Preamble

• When Site Creator is installed as a site on one of your Web hostings, you delete the site (and its content) created with Site Creator just like any other site among those you own on a Web hosting.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• Backups will be irrevocably deleted upon cancellation of any Site Creator, making any restoration impossible.

Site deletion procedure

To delete the site created with Site Creator:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the product in question.
3. Then click on the drop-down menu Manage ‍.
4. Click on Cancel:
   

You will be able to restart a clean Site Creator after deleting the tool.
