This guide explains how to use the group pricing feature (within the Infomaniak ticketing system).

Introduction

• This pricing allows visitors to purchase multiple tickets in a single click.
• This option is particularly useful for families, school groups, or special group offers.
• Although the buyer makes only one purchase, the group rate combines several tickets into a single purchase.
• Several tickets will therefore be issued, and each member of the group can then present their own ticket at the event.

Manage the bundled pricing for your event

To do this:

1. Click here to access the management of your product in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the ticketing system for the event.
3. Click on Scheduling in the left-hand menu.
4. Click on Events in the left-hand menu.
5. Click directly on the event name.
6. Then, click on the Pricing tab.
7. Click on Add a price:
    
8. Choose to Add a price.
9. Choose the group rate.
10. Specify:
    1. the name
    2. the number of tickets included in the rate
    3. the price of each individual ticket (the price of the group rate will be equal to the individual price multiplied by the number of tickets)
11. Enable any available advanced settings.
12. Click Confirm:
