Change the parameters of your Infomaniak account (Manager and Infomaniak Mail)
This guide explains how to modify the various parameters present from the management of your Infomaniak account profile. This will allow you to change the login email address (login email address = username/login), password, phone number, language and much more!
Modify the identifiers (email)
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com or mail.infomaniak.com)
- At the top right, click on the tab with your initials then select Manage my profile
- Via the Login parameters box, select Modify under your login email address
- Indicate a new login email address
- Enter the login password of your Infomaniak account then click on Save
Please note: the new address must be different from the recovery email address and must not already be used as a login identifier for another Infomaniak account.
Modify the identifiers (password)
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com or mail.infomaniak.com)
- At the top right, click on the tab with your initials then select Manage my profile
- Via the Login parameters box, click on Modify under your login password
- Indicate the current login password and the new password (best practices for creating a password)
- Click on Save
When you change your password our system will detect if your current password is linked to an Infomaniak email address. You will then be asked whether to change it both for the connection to your Infomaniak account and the Infomaniak email address. If you wish to have different passwords, you will have to click on I wish to use different passwords.
Modify the mobile phone number
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com or mail.infomaniak.com)
- At the top right, click on the tab with your initials then select Manage my profile
- Via the Security and recovery parameters box, click on Manage security
- In the Recovery phone no. box, select Modify
- Indicate the new mobile phone number then click on Save
This information is only used to ensure the security of your account and to notify you of the renewal of your products.
Modify the recovery e-mail
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com or mail.infomaniak.com)
- At the top right, click on the tab with your initials then select Manage my profile
- Via the Security and recovery parameters box, click on Manage security
- In the Recovery email address rectangle, select Modify
- Indicate the new recovery address then click on Save

Modify the language of your account
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com or mail.infomaniak.com)
- At the top right, click on the tab with your initials then select Manage my profile
- On the new page that opens, move your mouse over the language of your account then click on the
icon
- Modify the language then click on Save
Modify the regional parameters of your account
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com or mail.infomaniak.com)
- At the top right, click on the tab with your initials then select Manage my profile
- On the new page that opens, move your mouse over the country name or the time zone of your account then click on the
icon
- Modify the language then click on Save
Modify the subscription to Infomaniak news
- Log in to your Infomaniak space ((manager.infomaniak.com or mail.infomaniak.com)
- At the top right, click on the tab with your initials then select Manage my profile
- In the Infomaniak news box, click on Manage then click on the
icon to the left of the news to or from which you wish to subscribe or unsubscribe
- Click on Save
