This guide explains how to restart the domain name transfer to Infomaniak in case of failure.

Manually restart a domain transfer

When a domain name transfer fails, you receive an email with the possible reason for the problem.

The message also contains a link to restart the transfer request without paying the transfer fees again.

In case of a problem:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the product in question.
3. Follow the instructions displayed in red at the top of the page.
