This guide details the various limits set for the Mailing List service.

Mailing List limits

For sending emails to a very large number of recipients, it is strongly recommended to use a Newsletter tool like the one offered by Infomaniak. Regarding mailing lists:

• Up to 100 moderators can be designated per list.
• Up to 10,000,000 subscribers can be added to the list.
• No limit on the number of characters or attachments; however, a list setting (see point 10) allows you to define and limit the size of the emails sent.
• The daily sending limits are the same as those of the associated Mail Service.
• HTML is supported; moderation messages that moderators receive are in plain text.
• You cannot create more than 50 lists per Mail Service.
