Creating/Adding a new user to a client account
This guide explains how to add a user to a client account.
Creating a new user
- Open the Manager (https://manager.infomaniak.com)
- connect with a user having sufficient rights
- Click on Users (on the right of the Manager home page)
- Click on Invite a new user
- Follow the wizard to finish the process
- If the user added does not yet have a client account with Infomaniak, they will be invited to create one.
- If the user added already has an Infomaniak account, they will be able to toggle from their original account to the new account with the help of a drop-down menulocated on the upper left of the Manager (by clicking on the account name).
