Broadcast an audio stream with SAM Broadcaster
SpacialAudio SAM Broadcaster is a paid software that supports AAC+.
The "LITE" (free) and "PLUS" versions offered by the publisher do not seem to be compatible with ICECAST according to the following comparison table: http://spacial.com/sam-broadcaster?show-matrix=true#feature-matrix - you should consider purchasing one of the paid "PRO" or "STUDIO" versions that are compatible with the audio streaming offer.
