This guide explains how to sell tickets with a free price (as part of the Infomaniak ticketing system).

Preamble

• This price allows visitors to indicate the amount they wish to pay for their ticket.
• The free price is not available in the case where the event takes place in Lausanne and is subject to the entertainment tax.
• The minimum price must be more than CHF/EUR 2.- due to the banking fees associated with online transactions.

Manage the free prices of your event

To do this:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the ticketing concerned by the event.
3. Click on Programming in the left sidebar menu.
4. Click on Events in the left sidebar menu.
5. Click directly on the name of the event.
6. Then click on the chevron to the right of the Modify button.
7. Click on Add / modify a price:
   
8. Choose to Add a price.
9. Choose the Free price.
10. Specify the name and minimum prices in the desired currencies.
11. Activate any advanced settings.
12. Click on Next to proceed to the selection of dates and zones:
