Troubleshooting Outlook configuration issues
This guide offers solutions if you can no longer send or receive emails, or if you are experiencing synchronization errors with your contacts and calendars.
Removing an account in Outlook
Warning: Only follow these instructions if the account is configured using IMAP.
- Open Outlook.
- Click on File from the ribbon.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select the email address to remove and click Remove.
- Refer to this other guide to reconfigure the email address correctly.
Removing contacts & calendars (CalDav Synchronizer)
- Open Outlook.
- Click on CalDav Synchronizer from the ribbon.
- Go to Synchronization Profiles.
- Select the profile to remove and click the red cross Remove.
- Refer to this other guide to reconfigure the synchronization correctly.
If the problem persists...
It is not necessary to contact Infomaniak Support if your email address works correctly outside the application. The most common error concerns the use of an incorrect password.
