Actions to be carried out
Log into your control panel
Enable the service by going to FTP -> 40GB for personal data
Copy the resulting user name and password into your software

Now that the UTF8/Unicode command is supported, files previously encoded in ISO-8859-15 may no longer be displayed. If this occurs, you must explicitly specify "ISO-8859-15" as the encoding in your FTP client or synchronisation software.
In other words, if you experience problems with accents or encoding issues with the names of files previously uploaded to the server (and encoded in Latin1), you must configure your FTP client to not use UTF8 (Unicode) in order to be able to view these names correctly.

- Go to Backup space
- Click on the backup space concerned
- Use the logins indicated on this page to access the space with the FTP software of your choice (help)
- Recover the desired files from your computer
