Security email: automatic warning during a new login to an Infomaniak account
This guide explains why you may receive an automatic security email about your Infomaniak account.
A security email is automatically sent when a new login to your account is made from a new location.
This can happen particularly if you use your browser's private browsing mode or if you access your account from a new computer. If an unauthorized person accesses your WorkSpace account or your console from a computer you do not use, you will be warned immediately.
- If you receive this email just after a login you intentionally made yourself, you can ignore this warning email.
