Error: the folders that are greyed out in WorkSpace can not be deleted
With some email clients like Outlook, you can create child directories from non-existent parent directories.
For example, the directory /abc/klm/xyz when the directory "klm" does not exist.
In this example, this results, in WorkSpace or any other application that displays "phantom" folders, like Apple Mail, in a greyed out folder named "klm", which can not be deleted as it does not really exist.
However, by deleting the subfolder "xyz", the folder "klm" will disappear automatically. If there are several children, they must all be deleted for the "phantom" parent folder in order to disappear.
