Receiving an SMS for a specific incoming e-mail / Setting up an SMS alert
A mobile phone number must have been specified in your Webmail contact details. You may instead send the alert to a different number, as it may be specified when setting up the alert. It is not possible to send the same SMS alert to more than one number, but several alerts can be set up and you may specify a different number each time.
The cost of the alert is similar to sending an SMS message manually from your phone. If you do not have sufficient credit, the SMS alert will cease to work.
Receiving SMS alerts only during the day (any day) and only if the e-mail comes from a feedback system
To receive an SMS alert for all e-mails received in your inbox (not recommended), add "@" in the sender address field.
No SMS alerts will be sent where the e-mail address is for an Infomaniak discussion list. This is because mailing list messages go "directly" to the server (or MDA as it is called) and do not go via the same servers that "filter" messages, and hence do not go through the SMS alert filter. This is a message routing issue which we cannot change. Once an e-mail arrives internally, if it is then re-routed (as with a mailing list) it does not go back through the MX servers responsible for sending SMS messages etc.
