As far as other search engines are concerned, such as Bing for example, it's important to understand that they each have their own way of operating and their own methods for determining where the sites are located and which are to be shown depending on the search criteria.
The IP addresses used by our servers are currently "Swiss", because the RIPE regulations require geographically coherent IP addresses. Some providers don't respect and follow these rules and locate their IPs "virtually" in other countries and search engines will then provide different results.
