Access the various successive MySQL backups, including those older than 7 days
The databases backups are saved according to the name of each database. The backup time varies with hosting accounts. The date / time is specified in the file name itself.
You can restore your databases by yourself in case of mishandling following this import procedure
The backups dating back between 7 and 13 days can be found in the folder: /backups/[the oldest backup]/backups_mysql/
The backups whose name begins with "installer" relate to the (former) "smartinstall" tools.
Backups are generated in UTF8 format. Accented characters will be encoded in two bytes. Importing these backups does not pose any problems on our servers; however you may need to adapt the local import of databases in UTF8 on your computer. For example you can do a utf8 -> latin1 conversion of the sql file before importing.
