View e-mail address logs
This guide explains how to check the activity logs of addresses in an Infomaniak Mail Service.
The logs of your email addresses are available for free for a period of 20 days. Checking logs for a longer period is paid, and you will need to contact Infomaniak support.
Checking Logs from Service Mail
To access the Service Mail:
- Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
- Click on the icon at the top right of the interface (or navigate using the left side menu, for example)
- Select Service Mail (universe Collaborative Tools)
- Click on the name of the relevant object in the displayed table
- Click on the email address in question in the displayed table
- Click on Logs in the left side menu
- From the drop-down menu, select an email address (by default, the first address in the pack is selected)
- Choose to view logs of sent or received emails and set the date and time
- Click Search
Checking Logs from Mail Infomaniak
Prerequisites
- Have valid access to Mail Infomaniak where the email address is linked
- Have administrative or legal responsibility rights for the Service Mail to be able to check the logs of an email address from Mail Infomaniak
- Have permission to check the logs of the address: if you were invited to Mail to manage your address, the Service Mail manager may have revoked this right from their admin account
Then, to access the logs from Mail:
- Log in to Mail Infomaniak (mail.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
- Click on the icon at the top right of the interface
- Click on Email Addresses
- Check or select the email address in question from the dropdown menu
- Click on View Logs
- Choose to view logs of sent or received emails and set the date and time
- Click Search
Log Results
The logs of sent and received emails will be displayed in the form of a table.
