Redirect an email address to one or more other addresses
Thank you for choosing Infomaniak to manage the reception and sending of your e-mails ! This guide explains how to automatically forward new messages from an email address managed by Infomaniak to the email account of your choice, even totally external to Infomaniak.
Add an email redirect
from ServiceMail
- Connect to your Infomaniak space ( manager.infomaniak.com )
- Go to
Service Mail
- Click on the Mail Service/domain name concerned
- From the Mail Service dashboard, click on the email address concerned
- Click on the Redirection and aliases tab or from the left side menu on Redirection and aliases
- Click on the blue Add a redirection button , then indicate the e-mail address(es) to which to redirect your Infomaniak e-mails
- Click on Validate to complete the addition
- Choose whether or not to keep a copy of the e-mails on the e-mail address after redirection by clicking on

from kMail
- Open kMail ( mail.infomaniak.com )
- Click on the icon
at the top right, then choose Email Addresses
- Select the relevant email address from the drop-down menu
- Under the Action on my address section, click on
Redirects
- Save the destination email address by clicking on Add a redirect
- Click on Add
If you don't have access...
- Check that you have valid access to kMail in which the email address is attached
- Do you have permission to manage this setting? If you had been invited to kMail in order to manage your address, it is possible that the Mail Service manager withdrew this right from you during the invitation.
Copy or move?
Once a redirection email address is added, it is possible to check the box to erase the mails from the server after redirection, the redirection then becomes a move and no longer a copy.
Remove email redirects
You cannot apply the redirection service to several email addresses of a domain in a single operation. However, the opposite is possible and you can therefore select all the addresses of a Service Mail and delete their possible redirection .
In case of problem
Emails considered spam by Infomaniak will not be redirected.
