Delete an Account in Outlook
Caution: Follow these instructions only if the account is configured with IMAP. Learn more
- open Outlook
- click on File from the ribbon
- go to Account Settings
- select the email address to delete and click Delete
- follow this guide to properly reconfigure the email address
Delete Contacts & Calendars (CalDav Synchronize)
- open Outlook
- click on CalDav Synchronize from the ribbon
- go to Synchronization Profiles
- select the profile to remove and click the red cross Delete
- follow this guide to properly reconfigure synchronization
If an Issue Persists...
