Correcting the configuration of a Mail, CardDav or CalDav account
Warning: only follow these instructions to delete an email account configured in IMAP. Find out more
- Open your app or email software (Outlook, Thunderbird, Spark, etc.)
- Search for the place where email accounts are configured (see the example for Outlook below)
- Delete the email address account that is causing the problem
- Reconfigure the address using our configuration wizard (recommended) or follow our guides
