View user account activity in Manager
This guide explains how to obtain information on:
- connections made to Infomaniak Manager with your user account login
- activities performed within the Manager by your user account
Prerequisites
Go to the user profile section:
- Log in to Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) or Infomaniak Mail (mail.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
- Click on the circle with your initials or your avatar at the top right
- Select Manage My Profile
Information Regarding User Account Logins
To check login logs (active sessions) made to Infomaniak Manager with your user account login:
- Click on Manage in the "Account Access and Activity" section
- From the Account Access tab, review the list of devices connected to your Infomaniak account
- You can end an open session by clicking the icon next to the device name connected to your account
Receive Notifications for Successful or Unsuccessful Logins
To be notified by email when there is a login or login attempt to your user account:
- Click on Manage Security
- If not all your settings are optimal, the section to click on may look like this:

- Click on Security Settings
- Select the cases for which you want to be alerted by email (warning on successful login, or only on failed login)
In the same place, you can choose from how many minimum unsuccessful attempts to lock your user account. Once locked, the account can be unlocked by an organization administrator or through a secure form.
Information Regarding User Account Activity
To view recent activities performed within the Manager by your user account:
- Click on Manage in the "Account Access and Activity" section
- From the Account Activity tab, review the latest activities and actions of your user account
- Search and filtering options are available: date, product, or action type
