Cancel a user / Mail account
This guide explains how to delete an Infomaniak user account / Mail account, which means canceling your access to the Manager and/or the Infomaniak Webmail interface mail.infomaniak.com.
If you wish to cancel a free account (@ik.me / etik.com for example) follow this guide (click here).
Important
- This operation will result in the immediate deletion of your calendars and address books
- All access to the Manager with the same login will be lost
- This operation does not lead to the deletion of email addresses accessed from the concerned account (except for free email accounts like ik.me / etik.com)
- If the account you are using is the only account within an organization, you will need to delete the organization or appoint someone else beforehand in order to be able to delete your account
Delete a User Account / Mail Account
To delete an account:
- Log in to the Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) or Mail (mail.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
- Click on the icon with your initials or your avatar at the top right
- Select Manage my profile
- Click on the trash can to the right of your name to delete the account and its data
You will need to enter your login password one last time, and then the account will be deleted.
