Redirecting an email address (to one or more email addresses)
Thank you for choosing Infomaniak to manage sending and receiving your email! This guide explains how to automatically transfer new messages from one email address managed by Infomaniak to the email account of your choice, even if this is not an Infomaniak email account.
This can be done by keeping a copy of the messages after each redirect performed, or without keeping a copy (not recommended), in which case the email box will remain empty of new messages.
Adding a redirect from the WorkSpace
To move or copy incoming messages to one or more email addresses:
- Open your WorkSpace (workspace.infomaniak.com)
- Click the
icon at the top right.
- Select the Email addresses menu
- Click the
icon to the right of the email address concerned, then select Email address settings
- Click Redirect in the left sidebar
- Add the recipient email address by clicking on Add a redirect
- Click Confirm
Advanced options
Click Advanced Options to:
- Delete the emails from the server after sending (not recommended), the redirect becomes a transfer and not a copy
Adding a redirect from Email hosting
To move or copy incoming messages to one or more email addresses:
- Open the Manager (manager.infomaniak.com).
- Go to Mail hosting
- Click the hosting/domain name concerned
- Under Email addresses, click the email address concerned
- Click Redirect in the left sidebar
- Save the recipient email address by clicking Add a redirect
- click Confirm
