For security reasons, certain orders may be automatically blocked.
If you have a blocked order, we contact you at the email address and/or telephone numbers you gave in your client account:
- in certain cases, we automatically send a text message with information on how to immediately unblock the order
- in other cases we manually send (in working hours) an email with information on how to unblock the order
If we do not hear from you within 10days, the order is cancelled and payment is completely reimbursed to its issuer.
