[HTTP LOGS] Help & Explanations
You can download HTTP logs in order to process them with the software of your choice HTTP (Glogg, AWstats, Deep Log Analyzer, WebLog Expert Lite, etc.) on your own computer.
Actions to perform
- Login to your FTP space (using our FTP Manager)
- Go up one level over /web
- Open the /logs directory
- Download the desired file
- Open the log file with the software of your choice
The *.log files are available directly from FTP file Manager manager.

The statistics are updated every 24 hours.
The files are named web.log.x, where x is from 1 to 7. The HTTP logs are therefore spread out over 7 days and it is not possible to extend this time. To access all your HTTP logs, you therefore have to regularly login to your FTP space to download the logs. Paid software such as webtrends can automatically retrieve these files on your FTP space.
The data thus obtained is the IP address of the visitor, the date/time, the URL requested, the source URL (where did the request come from if there is a click on a link), the browser/OS/Version/language and the return code (error or OK with its http value: 200, 404, etc.).
